One of the most fun things about having an online leaderboard for Cubixx HD is being able to check out some of the amazing scores you’ve all been getting and some of them are indeed pretty amazing. In fact I have recently discovered that I sit in a rather lowly 67th on the leader board with a high score of 11179558. While with most games I’d be reasonably proud of a top 100 placing, considering how much time I spent testing the game it is a poor showing and as such I am determined to change that.
However life’s no fun without a bit of difficulty and that’s why I’m issuing you all with an open challenge: Anyone who has a Hi-Score higher than my own on the Arcade Mode leaderboard by Monday 26th March will receive a selection of PSN codes for Laughing Jackal’s games. All you have to do is email competitions@laughingjackal.co.uk by the 26th March 2012 with your PSN username, your Hi-Score and your preference of SCEE (European) or SCEA (North American) codes and if your score is greater then my (username: Ross_Br) closing score we’ll send you PSN codes for some of our fantastic range of games. And yes, pre-existing scores will count! :)
We do understand that some of you will already have purchased some of our games so if you have any games you’d prefer not to receive codes for please let us know in the email.
Talking of our fantastic range of games, we’ve been receiving some fantastic reviews for our latest; Hungry Giraffe. Check out this review from PSPMinis.com who awarded Hungry Giraffe an amazing 9.5/10, saying: "... never in my gaming life have I seen a game elevate a genre like how Hungry Giraffe has done", and recommending that: "Hungry Giraffe should be purchased by everyone who loves good games."
