Hi everyone. The latest Hungry Giraffe update has been out for a week now. :-) Have you been enjoying it? We think we’ve fixed all of the issues with the game, but if you do come across any bugs please let us know. We’re also now starting to look at new features, upgrades and skins for the iOS version of Hungry Giraffe and we’d be very interested in hearing what you would like to see added to the game.
Over the past few years here at Laughing Jackal our artists have created lots of great artwork for our games, ranging from the cool neon lines of Cubixx, to the gore-soaked world of OMG-Z and the sheer cuteness of our Hungry Giraffe. Looking through all that artwork recently, we thought that it would be fun to offer you a new way to get your hands on it. Yes, finally after a loooooooooooong wait the Store section of our site is now open. :-) We’ve already got a range of stylish T-Shirts featuring artwork from some of your favourite Laughing Jackal games available for you to buy. If there’s any other Laughing Jackal artwork that you’d like to see on a T-Shirt then please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Hi everyone. Hungry Giraffe has been out on iPhone for over a week now and we’re really happy with the mighty number of downloads it’s had. It also seems like lots of you have been keeping your giraffes fed as the Worldwide Calorie counter now stands at over a massive 2.8 million calories!
We’ve got lots of exciting updates planned for Hungry Giraffe so I thought I’d give you a little sample of just what you can expect before the end of the year.
Our first update has just been released and fixes the few teething problems that have been kindly reported to us (including the Facebook link and the now notorious white screen issue). In addition to these fixes, we’ll be bringing you a new tutorial screen to help better explain the game features and a shiny new icon for the App Store. :)
Our second update (version 1.2) is where it starts to get really exciting though. In addition to a host of new upgrades for you to spend your hard-earned calories on in the Store, we’re going to be giving the game a whole new festive look just in time for Christmas, complete with festive foods, snow, Christmas lights and Santa Hats. Mmm. Santa Hats… *drool*
To fit in with all this seasonal cheer we’re also going to be introducing our first new creature skin for you to control, as our tame reindeer will also be joining the giraffe in the game.
That’s not all we’ve got planned as we’ve got some amazing new level updates lined up for you all to enjoy in the New Year too.
Moving away from iPhone and back towards PSN, this week we have released a stunning collection of 12 star-sign-related Dynamic PS3 Themes, each corresponding to one of the 12 signs of the Zodiac (surprisingly :).) The art for each sign really is superb and I already have my own star sign adorning my PS3’s desktop. Each theme is priced at just £1.59 / €1.99 and for those of you who have multiple users on your system, you can also pick up all 12 of them in a bundle for the bargain price of just £3.99 / €4.99.

Hi everyone. Our first ever iPhone game the amazing Hungry Giraffe is out now on iTunes where it can be downloaded from here for free!!! That’s right this improved version of Hungry Giraffe is available for absolutely nothing.
Hungry Giraffe was originally launched as a PlayStation mini to critical acclaim including this great 10/10 review from Official PlayStation Magazine (UK) who called it“…as cute as a puppy with an inside-out ear and so addictive .” Hungry Giraffe has since received well over 100,000 downloads on PSN and now we’ve introduced lots of exciting new features including new powerups, achievements, an online leaderboard and much, much more!
So why not go and check out Hungry Giraffe for iPhone now and try out an improved version of one of the best PlayStation minis for absolutely nothing.
