Hello everybody,
Hope you all enjoyed last week’s post; the challenges really are coming along swimmingly!
This week I have more brand new game modes to announce, called ATTACK MODES! Cubixx HD features 3 brand spanking new Attack Modes which are:
Time Attack, Score Attack and Line Attack.
These new modes can be played across all 50 Arcade levels but require you to tackle each one in a new way in order to achieve the best scores/times. They all feature online score tracking, which means you can challenge the globe across 150 Leaderboards!
So, first off we have Time Attack mode. This mode is for all the speed freaks out there and the idea is simply to complete the level as quickly as possible. But beware, you only have one life! This game mode is great for quick bursts and will really test your laser firing skills to the limit. I have a feeling you guys will be getting some quick times to upload to the leaderboards, so don’t let me down.
Every second counts!
Next we have Score Attack. As you’ve probably guessed from the name these levels require you to accumulate the highest score you can on each level. This is my personal favourite Attack mode as I love building up my combo and line length to bank mammoth scores! I am undoubtedly the office legend of this game mode, so when the game’s released I’ll be sure to log some high scores on the Leaderboards for you all to try and beat!

Last but not least we have Line Attack. This is probably the trickiest of the Attack modes. This mode is also about setting high scores but with the added twist that you only have one line to do it with! Although I am a self proclaimed Score Attack legend I really struggle on these levels as I’m just too greedy! These levels provide a really tough challenge, so I’m intrigued to see what kind of scores you guys will be logging on the Leaderboards!
