Hi everyone. I’m back again a bit sooner than expected with some Hungry Giraffe news for you. Having spoken to Sony today they told us they liked Hungry Giraffe so much they couldn’t wait until the 8th of February to release it.
So, SCEE have decided to move Hungry Giraffe’s release date forward a week, meaning it will now be released on the 1st of February exclusive to PlayStation + before going on general release on the 15th February.
Personally I can’t wait until next Wednesday and neither can our giraffe. In fact, our giraffe was so excited he created a brand new trailer to keep you occupied for a few more days until the release of Hungry Giraffe.

Wait, High-Res art when played on the PS3? Huh, that's interesting! Looking forward to the US release of Hungry Giraffe so I can have the opportunity to review it. So far, you guys haven't disappointed me and I believe that this release won't be the exception!
@EdEN It's a clever little trick our programmer Paul worked out. Hungry Giraffe can actually tell if it's being played on a PS3 or a PSP and uses the higher res artwork if they are playing on PS3.
@EdEN My previous explanation is incorrect it can't tell what console it is being played on. It uses a property of the emulator to acheive the effect.
